  HOW TO CHANGE YOUR SHOWERHEAD

We have designed our high quality showerheads and accessories for easy installation.  However, as in any home repair project, sometimes it can be a bit frustrating.  Hopefully, this will help you complete your installation without any problems.

Begin by removing the present showerhead from the shower pipe coming out of the wall.  It is not necessary to turn off any water supply.  If you need a tool or wrench to loosen the old one, this can be done, but if you want to use this in another bathroom be sure to protect it with a cloth during the removal process, so as to not scratch or mark the finish.

Next, wrap the threads on the showerpipe with Teflon tape.  You can purchase this at any hardware store.  Begin wrapping the bare threads starting at the end of pipe and working your way to the top of the threads in a continuous circular motion clockwise.  You are going to want to wrap these threads at least 6-8 times around.  This will insure a good water-tight seal when you attach the new showerhead.

Begin to thread on the new showerhead turning it in a clockwise rotation until it is firm on the pipe.  DO NOT USE A TOOL OR WRENCH.  THIS WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY.  If the position of the showerhead is not correct but snug on the pipe, remove it and begin again after you have re-wrapped a few more turns of Teflon tape.  Do Not Overtighten!!.  If you are attaching several products to the same pipe as in some of our shower systems, be sure that each part is installed properly and snug before continuing to the next part.  Refer to written instructions if you need to refresh your memory.  If all else fails, call our Technical Support at our toll free number for assistance.  They will be happy to help you during business hours.  Thank you for your purchase and HAPPY SHOWERING!!!
